If your order arrives and it is incorrect or damaged it is eligible for a return. Issues must be reported within 72 hours of the time the product was delivered. 

For Damaged Goods-Please keep all original shipping containers and package material and take pictures of damage to both the box and item(s). Damaged goods claims are handled through the shipping carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS). We will assist our customers in these claims step by step to make sure you are taken care of. We only ask that customers be patient as sometimes this process can take longer than any of us would like.

Once a product has been approved for return by a Deucemoto representative, it must be sent back in the same condition it was sent out (unless damaged in transit), and include the original box and packaging. We will issue you a prepaid label via email to print and tape on the original packaging.

Any merchandise or parts which shows signs of use (wear, bugs, dirt, smell, pet hair, scuffing, mounting, etc) or otherwise is in a condition other than it was received cannot be returned. Any part which has been installed or shows signs of attempting to be installed on a vehicle is non-returnable.

Once your return is received, inspected, and approved by Deucemoto (usually within 2-3 business days of receipt), a refund or replacement will be processed depending on the terms of the situation discussed during the return process with a representative. If a refund is issued it may take up to 4-7 business days after your credit is applied for it to be posted to your account.
