What are your payment plans?
Payment plans are available for complete paint jobs, complete set purchases, custom screens, custom helmets, and custom wheel paint. Please contact a representative to work out a plan that is convenient for you.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Currently we accept payment via credit/debit card through our shopify merchant, our square merchant, as well as the cash app which is also powered by square.
What are your shipping times?
Standard Orders:
Used and refinished parts, basic accessories, gear, and parts have a standard delivery time of 3-5 business days from the date of purchase (unless otherwise stated). This time frame includes processing, packaging and shipping to your door.
Custom Orders:
Custom orders such as windscreens, seats, bike/wheel paint jobs, complete set purchases and other select custom items have varying time frames. Once your order has been placed, your estimated shipping time frame will be discussed with a representative before the design/paint period begins.
How does your design process work?
Once a custom order is placed, we discuss each job with our clients prior to beginning a job. For graphic paint jobs we do provide theme work in the form of sketches and or PowerPoint presentations. This enables the customer to have a generalized visual of what the finished product may look like. Sketches are altered throughout the design process, and may not always be exact. We require a minimal deposit for all sketch work to show commitment.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. The shipping calculator will determine the rate during the checkout process. We have shipped to numerous countries worldwide.
How do I go about sending you parts for paintwork?
When sending your fairings, wheels, helmet, or anything else for paintwork, we can assist by emailing you prepaid labels. With our usps account, we can help you save money, and make the process easier for you. Please contact a rep for further assistance to properly inform you on the process.
